Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we want to ensure a smooth process for you. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that the item is in the same condition as when you received it. It should be unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at ryan@seekaglobal.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

If you encounter any damages or issues with your order, kindly inspect the items upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the situation and make it right.

There are some exceptions and non-returnable items such as perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, as well as sale items and gift cards. If you have any concerns or questions about a specific item, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

For exchanges, the quickest way to receive the desired item is to proceed with a return and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
